Walmart Shopper Awarded $17M By Jury In Shoplifter Collision Suit

A West Virginia jury awarded approximately $17 million to a woman injured at a Walmart store. The jury found the Walmart store 30 percent liable for failing to maintain their premises in a safe condition while staff was in the process of detaining a shoplifter.
